Pete is a Full Time Professional Bass Angler home
based out of Madison Mississippi. A dedicated family man Pete and his wife
Kim work hard towards Pete's
professional bass career. Pete competes on the BASSMASTER Elite Series
as well as many local and regional events. Pete is
very dedicated to the Conservation of this sport. He works extremely
hard at bringing awareness to the conservation of our resources. He is
very committed to the promotion of our sport to further enhance the
great outdoors for future generations. Pete Ponds is involved
in many promotional events. It is this dedication to his sponsors that
makes Pete the one to have on board for extreme promotions.

OBJECTIVE
To fulfill a lifelong dream of obtaining the highest possible level in
the professional bass fishing industry. Gain the respect and admiration
from sponsors, family and friends. To be the best at all that I do. To
be an asset for my sponsors and help put them at the pinnacle of the
industry through promotions of their products.

QUALIFICATIONS
Grew up in a fishing environment, father Bob Ponds fished in the first
BASSMASTER CLASSIC. Worked in sales in the fishing industry for
Professional Tackle Supply. Worked at a lure manufacturing plant.
Started my own business in 1988 so I could reach my lifelong dream.

• Qualified for the Elite top 100 Series and the Open Championship
• Fished southern B.A.S.S (2005 season) with a 16th place finish for the
year
• Fished pro tour 2005 season
• Featured on Southern Woods & Waters TV show also ESPN2 at Table Rock
2004-2005
• Fished Southern B.A.S.S. (2004 season) with a 9th place finish for the
year
• Finished 1st place in Eufaula, AL Southern B.A.S.S. Open
• Fished Pro tour 2004 season
• Featured in Bassmaster, Bass Times, News paper and 4 radio shows

• Fished Pro tour (2003 season) with a 45111 place finish for the year
• Finish 1^ place in Pro tour rookie of the year standings
